As Autumn approaches, our crazy world is still in flux, but we all carry on. And in that spirit, I’m happy to announce we will be holding our Annual Meeting in person at the Big Willow Community Center on October 9.  

Big Willow Community Center is located at 6930 Willow Road.

We encourage everyone to please wear a mask. This is for your safety as well as those around you. We will begin with our traditional Potluck (drinks and paper goods provided) at 11:30 am, followed by our business meeting. 

This year, we have invited Henderson County Fire Marshall Kevin Waldrup to speak on fire safety as it impacts the Rambling Ridge neighborhood.  A full agenda will be sent out prior to the meeting. 

On a personal note, I’d like to thank all of the Board members for their support and patience during my time as “Covid” president. Your dedication and concern for our neighborhood goes deeper than most will ever know. I appreciate everything you’ve done over the past two years – I could NOT have done it without you!!

Our landscape contractor told us yesterday that they need to move our chipper day to May 15. Thank you to everyone who has been working to meet the original deadline!

Hi neighbors!

Annual HOA dues are now due! Since our meeting is virtual this year (Oct. 3 – more details to come) your dues can be mailed or submitted electronically.

Dues and Assessments:  Current dues are $60  Payment is due before the October meeting.  Only paid up members are allowed to vote.
HOA membership includes free Chipper Day and help with the front entrance mowing, water and electricity for lights at entrance.
